AGE CRITERIA

Class	Applicable Year of Birth	Age Criteria for the A.Y.2023-24
Nursery	31st December 2020	3 years by 31/12/2023 or before. If child is born on January 1st, 2020, he/she will not be accepted for admission in Class Nursery.
Junior KG	31st December 2019	4 years by 31/12/2023 or before. If child is born on January 1st, 2019, he/she will not be accepted for admission for Class Jr.KG.
Senior KG	31st December 2018	5 Years by 31/12/2023 or before. If child is born on January 1st, 2018, he/she will not be accepted for admission for Class Sr.KG.
Class I	31st December 2017	6 Years on 31/12/2023 or before. If child is born on January 1st, 2017, he/she will not be accepted for admission for Class - I.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission

a) Date of Birth Certificate (Original + One Self attested photo copy).

b) Immunization/Vaccination card showing Blood Group: Photocopy.

c) Aadhar Card of the child: One Self attested photo copy.

d) Latest Coloured Photographs: Child: 02, Father & Mother: 02 each.

e) Caste Certificate if applicable (Initially father's caste certificate).

f) Report Card of Passed Class (One Self attested copy): for Class I onwards

g) School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate (Original): for Class II onwards

Admission Procedure for Classes Nursery, Jr. KG, Sr. KG and Class I to VI for the Academic Year 2022-2023.

To make you comfortable, we would like to familiarize you with the simple sequence of admission procedure:

Do not forget to carry following documents to save your time:
- a. Original Date of Birth Certificate for Pre-Primary to Class I.
- b. Date of Birth Certificate (One Self attested copy) Class II onwards.
- c. Immunization/Vaccination Card showing Blood Group: Photocopy.
- d. Aadhar Card of the child: One Self attested copy.
- e. Report Card of Passed Class (One Self attested copy).
- f. Original School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate: Class II onwards.
- g. Latest Coloured Photograph: Child: 02, Father & Mother: 02 each.
- h. Caste Certificate if applicable (Initially father's caste certificate).
Once you enter the school office, you will be given Admission Enquiry Form at the reception, fill up all the details in it. Be seated till you are called.
Attend the interaction session with senior members or admission counsellor.
Purchase Admission Form only if you are convinced with our philosophy and system.
Fill up Admission Form and submit it in the office on the same day.
You will receive further intimation regarding Parents' Orientation, books and uniform purchase through email and SMS.
For safety reasons, school tour will not be allowed except on Saturdays/Sundays.

Payment of Fees:

Admission form will be given to parents only when admission is confirmed. Kindly carry cheque on the day of Admission formality. At the time of admission, parents are required to pay One-Time Non-Refundable admission Fee along with First Installment of Tuition Fee. Tuition fee will be paid in three installments. You can also do online transaction. Cash payment is not allowed.

Payment of Fees

Please quote your child's Admission number, Name and Class during any kind of correspondence with the school.

School fee can be paid in four installments:
a.Before 10th April.
b.Before 10th July.
c.Before 10th October.

d.Before 10th January.

Transport fee should be paid in two installments:
a.April to September.
b.October to March.

The fee should be paid between the 1st and 10th of each installment. In case of a holiday falling on 10th, the fee will be accepted on the next working day without late fee fine. For fee paid after the 10th, a late fee fine will be charged.
